CultureWise: An Interactive App to Promote Company Culture
CultureWise is an Android application developed by High Performing Culture. This app provides an interactive platform for employees to access the Fundamentals System™ and learning resources of their company. With CultureWise, users can view their company’s entire set of fundamentals, receive weekly insights, and access a library of resources to deepen their understanding of each fundamental.
The app offers Version 1.0 modules, which includes Weekly Insights, Fundamental Minute, eMinder™, Coaching Guide, Kudos!, and QuickTips. The Weekly Insights provide messages from peers about their personal thoughts, views, and experiences of the Fundamental of the Week. The Fundamental Minute offers 60 seconds of insightful thoughts about each fundamental from Culture Expert, David Friedman. The eMinder™ provides a scenario-based lesson each week with immediate feedback to the user. The Coaching Guide provides talking points and topics for discussion for each Fundamental. The Kudos! feature allows employees to give a shout-out to their peers for putting fundamentals into practice in their daily work. Finally, QuickTips provide daily messages to help deepen a user’s understanding of the Fundamental of the Week.
